About Joanna
With two decades of experience in the Translation/Localization industry, Joanna blends a strategic and operational perspective of the localization process with a strong leadership focus. Her journey began as a Project Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within the translation domain. Serving as the head of the Life Sciences Management Team and later as a Business Unit Director, Joanna steered diverse teams of localization specialists for over a decade, successfully implementing and supporting customized, holistic solutions for clients spanning various industries.
Joanna thrives on client interactions, adopting an empathetic approach: “Share your pain points, and together, we’ll find solutions.” She embraces new challenges, leveraging them as opportunities to collaborate with the exceptional internal teams at Argos and deliver sophisticated solutions to clients.
Beyond the professional sphere, Joanna finds joy in exploring new destinations through travel. A plant enthusiast, her prized possession is a variegated monstera. Adding an active touch to her routine, Joanna engages in weekly sessions of squash and pilates training.
