ISO, or the International Organization for Standardization, is a global organization that provides a framework to certify quality management procedures. Our ISO-certified quality processes guarantee the most accurate possible translations of your content.
Quality and Security, Guaranteed
Argos Multilingual is an ISO 9001:2015 certified translation company. We obtained our first ISO 9001 certification in 2003, and since then we’ve continuously passed annual quality audits and recertification processes. We also hold an ISO 17100:2015 certification, which is issued to translation service providers that have core processes, resources, and other aspects of business in place that enable the delivery of quality translation services.
Argos Multilingual is one of only a handful of global translation companies with the EN ISO 13485:2016 certification specific to medical device quality assurance processes. In addition, we are proud to be 27001:2013 certified, which means that we follow the requirements for an information security management system (ISMS) that allow for a systematic approach to securely managing sensitive company information.
In 2018, our office in Boulder, Colorado was added to a multi-site certification and in December of 2020 we successful achieved certification to ISO 18587:2017, which outlines the requirements to be followed by organizations offering machine translation (MT) and post-editing services.
