On September 11th, Argos Translations sponsored a charity event for the ’Gift of Hope’ Foundation of Krakow’s University’s Children Hospital’s Transplantation Center. The center not only serves as a temporary home to many children in need of treatment but, also houses scientific laboratories for the advancement of stem cell research crucial in finding cures for diseases such as Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s.
The event was held at Krakow’s Royal Country Golf Course and was designed to attract attention to the modernization of the hospital’s facilities and raise funds for the improvement of equipment necessary for the treatment of diagnosed kids.
Argos Translations was the gold sponsor of the event and further contributed to the event by donating prizes as well as supported the campaign with financial donations to the Hospital’s foundation. In the end, the event was a success and sparked hope to children overwhelmed by illness.
